How to Invite a Player to Your Team

This guide explains how team captains can invite new members to join their team on Invid.

Who Can Invite Players

Only team captains can send invitations to new players.

Steps to Invite a Team Member

1. Open Team Management

• Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the site.
• Select Team Management from the menu.

1. Select Your Team

• Choose the team you captain from the list.

1. Invite a Player

• Click the Invite Player button.
• Search for the player by their username.
• Select the correct user and send the invitation.

1. Invitation Sent

• The invitation is sent immediately and requires no further action from the captain.

What Happens Next

• The invited player will receive the invite in their Inbox.
• They can accept or decline the invitation from their Team Dashboard.
• Once accepted, the player will automatically be added to the team roster.

• Can’t find a player?
• Make sure you’re searching for the exact username.
• Invite button not visible?
• Ensure you are logged in as a team captain.
