Create a Team

Step 1: Access Team Management

1. Make sure you’re logged in to your Invid.au account.
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the site.
3. Select Team Management from the menu.

On this page, you’ll see:

• A Create Team button
• A list of any teams you’re already part of, organised by game

Important:

You can only be a member of one team per game at a time.

For example:

• One League of Legends team
• One Counter-Strike team
• One team per supported game

Step 2: Create Your Team

1. Click the Create Team button.
2. Fill out the team creation form.

You’ll be able to add:

• Team avatar (optional)
• Team name (required)
• Manager name (optional)
• Contact email (optional)
• Game your team will compete in (required)
• Platform (required)

If you make a mistake when creating your team, contact one of our friendly admins or reach out via the Help Center for assistance.

Step 3: Recruiting Option

• Ticking the Recruiting checkbox will automatically list your team in the Recruitment section.
• This allows players to discover your team and apply to join.
• Recruitment features are covered in a separate guide.

When everything looks correct, click Create Team.

Step 4: Manage Your Team

Once your team is created, you can:

• Invite players
• Click Invite Player and enter their details to send an invitation.
• Review applications
• View and manage applications from players who have applied to join your team.
• Toggle recruiting status
• The Close button simply indicates that your team is not currently recruiting.
