By accessing or using Invid.au (the Platform), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any rules, guidelines or policies published for tournaments, ladders, matches, promotions or other Platform features. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your details reasonably up to date.
You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access, suspected compromise, or misuse of your account.
We may require verification steps, password resets or security measures where reasonably necessary to protect accounts or the Platform.
You are responsible for content you submit or publish through the Platform, including profiles, team pages, forum posts, messages, uploads, match submissions and other materials (User Content).
You agree not to submit, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, deceptive, obscene, misleading, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
You must not upload malware, harmful code, spam, scams or malicious content.
We may remove, restrict, edit or disable access to User Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, Platform rules or applicable law.
By submitting User Content, you grant Invid.au a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and use that content solely for operating, improving, promoting and administering the Platform.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant the above licence.
You must not misuse the Platform or attempt to compromise its security, integrity or availability.
Without limitation, you must not:
(a) access or attempt to access accounts, systems, data or restricted areas without authorisation;
(b) test, scan, probe or assess vulnerabilities of the Platform without prior written permission;
(c) use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools or automated means to harvest data or abuse the Platform;
(d) interfere with, overload, disrupt or degrade the Platform or related infrastructure;
(e) circumvent bans, rate limits, moderation actions or security controls;
(f) exploit bugs, loopholes or unintended behaviour for gain or advantage;
(g) impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts; or
(h) assist others to engage in prohibited conduct.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access, block traffic, preserve evidence, remove content, reverse affected outcomes, withhold prizes or take any other reasonable protective action.
Cheating, exploiting bugs, stream sniping, collusion, match fixing, account sharing for advantage, ban evasion, smurfing where prohibited, and other forms of unfair play are prohibited.
We may take action including warnings, match reversals, forfeits, score adjustments, suspensions, disqualifications, prize removal or permanent bans.
Each tournament, ladder, event or competition may have separate rules, schedules, eligibility requirements, formats, scoring systems and prize conditions.
You agree to follow those rules and any reasonable directions from administrators.
Administrative decisions are final where required to preserve competitive integrity, fairness and operational efficiency.
We may modify schedules, formats, brackets, maps, servers or event operations where reasonably necessary.
Some features, entries or services may require payment.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party payment systems, outages or external fees.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable once purchased, used, consumed, entered or allocated.
We may cancel or refuse transactions where fraud, chargeback risk, abuse, technical error or rule breaches are suspected.
Where available, the Platform may provide wallet, balance, credit or prize holding functionality (Wallet Services).
Wallet balances do not constitute a bank account, deposit facility or regulated stored value account.
We may require identity verification, age verification, payment verification or additional information before allowing deposits, transfers, withdrawals or payouts.
You must not use Wallet Services for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive conduct including chargeback abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, balance manipulation, payment fraud or money laundering.
We may place holds, delay, limit, suspend, reverse or cancel balances, withdrawals, prizes or transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, technical error, payment disputes, duplicate credits, unlawful conduct or security risk.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
Unless required by law, balances are non-transferable, non-interest bearing and redeemable only through approved methods offered by the Platform.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, voice platforms, game servers, analytics tools or social platforms.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, policies or security practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts, access or features where you breach these Terms, Platform rules, applicable law, or where your conduct presents risk to the community, other users or the Platform.
We may also remove usernames, team names, content or privileges where reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion, subject to legal, fraud prevention, operational or record-keeping requirements.
The Platform, including branding, logos, software, text, graphics, databases, design and original content, is owned by or licensed to Invid.au and protected by applicable laws.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorised, you must not copy, commercialise, reverse engineer or exploit Platform materials.
The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, error-free operation, specific outcomes, prize availability or compatibility with every device, game or service.
Competition outcomes may be affected by third-party game servers, internet issues, player behaviour or operational incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invid.au is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data or reputational harm arising from use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms may be published on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform is subject to the courts of Victoria, Australia.
