Admins reserve the right to tell users the name they must use if the user is being difficult. The player must use the same in-game alias for the entirety of each Premium League Season.
3.4 - Team Captains
Premium League teams must have one team captain elected. This user has complete control over their team (including the right to remove / add players from their team (presuming it doesn't conflict with a roster change rule)). The team captain has an obligation to the other members on the team to behave professionally and represent the team in a sportsmanlike manner. The team captain is responsible for his team's behavior during the Premium League and is thus accountable for any outcomes thereof.
3.5 - Mutiny
Premium League players have the right to remove their captain if the majority of the team agree.

By signing up, you are agreeing to play every match of the season. If you know you will not be able to get 3 members into a match on time please reach out to an admin well in advance. If you let us know last minute or simply fail to make the match we may issue sanctions accordingly.
More information can be found in 4.6 - Dead Teams/Disbanding Teams.
4.2 - Team Rosters
Premium League teams must have a minimum of four (4) players on the team roster for the season. Teams are allowed one (1) additional player on the roster if they would like for a maximum total of five (5) players. Users may not compete on behalf of a team which they are not on the roster of (also known as smurfing).
ROS (Rest of SEA) defines the competing region of the Premium League. ROS includes Oceania, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan & Taiwan.
The Premium League allows a maximum of two (2) International Players to play for each roster per season. These players can be outside of ROS and can participate from any location.
The remainder of the roster must CURRENTLY be residing in the ROS Region but not strictly be a resident/citizen of a ROS country. Players agree to securely submit a proof of address upon request if there is a concern from the Premium League administration team that a player listed as ‘ROS’ is actually outside of the ROS region. Failure to comply will result in the player (or team) being forced to sit out of all official Premium League matches until the administration team is certain that the rules are being followed.
All four (4) or five (5) members on the roster will be considered core members.
Breaking this rule will result in all points being removed from the matches where the breaches occurred. After rule breaks, harsher penalties may apply.
4.3 - 1 off Substitutes
During a single season, teams are eligible to use 1 substitute that is not a part of their 5 man roster. This is limited to usage for one (1) night of games only.
1 off substitutes can be used during any week of games for whatever reason a team chooses, teams must let an admin know in advance if they will be using their 1 off substitute that night.
This substitute must not breach the international player ruling. For example, if you have already had 2 members on your roster that are international, your 1 off substitute cannot be an international player.
Player Eligibility;
- Free Agents are able to be used - Anyone not on a roster at the time of roster lock. These players are able to play for a different roster each night of play.
- Teams in the Premier League may use players currently competing in Contender or Amateur providing the team they are pulling from is still able to field a team.
- Teams in the Contender or Amateur divisions CANNOT use Premier or international Pro players.
Admins hold the right to deny the use of a player if it is deemed they are too good for the division in question
4.4 - Roster Locks
Rosters will lock on an announced date before the start of each season. Any roster changes after this date will be subject to admin approval. After the first match has been played, no roster changes will be approved.
The team must retain a minimum of three (3) core from the previous season to retain their spot in a division, less than this may require the team to go through the injection process.
Breaking this rule without admin approval will result in a team removal from the competition.
Players on rosters at the time of roster lock will be locked to that roster for the entire season, whether they play or not.
Any players not on rosters when they get locked will be classified as "Free Agents" and are able to be used as the 1 off substitute for teams. See 4.3 - 1 off Substitutes.
4.5 - Team Names
Premium League team names containing any of the following will not be tolerated: profanity, racism, sexism, drug use. Refusing to change a team name or repeat use of an inappropriate name will result in punishment. Premium League teams may not use the name of a team which is not theirs (as interpreted by the Premium League Administration).
Minor consequences will apply at first, consistently breaking this rule will result in a team removal from the competition.
4.6 - Dead Teams/Disbanding Teams
If a team disbands once the roster lock has occurred or misses games without advising an admin as per sections 5.2 & 5.3 then they will be removed from the Premium League and their points will be voided. All core members in the team that disbands or is removed will receive punishment. Any team removed from the league will not be eligible for a refund.
Breaking this rule will result in a 1 season ban for every player in the team, the ban will finish at the end of the following season. Players may appeal to end this ban early through the Premium PUBG Support system if they feel it was unjust.
4.7 - Retaining Division Spots
As per section 4.4, for a team to retain their spot in the Premium League they must keep at least three (3) core members from the previous season.
4.8 - Injection System
Between seasons, teams may be eligible to sign up as an inject team. Inject teams will only be pushed into a division if there is an available spot, caused by another team disbanding or withdrawing. If there is a larger influx of new teams then a relegation series may be held alongside the teams at the bottom of the leaderboard from the previous season. If this occurs, teams will be advised well ahead of time.
The Premium League administration will determine the appropriate division to inject the team into based on their knowledge of the roster's skill level. This will be done with no bias and statistics/results will be used where applicable. Consultation with the region's top players may be used in cases where it is not obvious, or within the Administrations knowledge to determine correctly.
Should a team be awarded an inject spot into a division, and not show up for any games, they will be disqualified and forfeit their injection into the Premium League. They will also be issued with a 1 season ban from the Premium League.
4.9 - Relegation and Promotion
The Premium League operates in a League System where teams are moved up or down between seasons depending on their placement. The top 4 teams will be promoted into the higher division (where applicable) and the bottom 4 teams will be demoted (where applicable). In a situation where disbands/withdrawals have left less than 16 teams in a higher division the 5th and 6th place teams from the lower division will also be promoted. After this the relegated teams will be selected in order from 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th before returning to 7th place etc. Discretion will also be made to inject new teams as per 4.8 if they are deemed to be a better fit for the higher division.

In the event that a single player crashes the match will go on. The match will only be voided and restarted if 10% of the lobby do not connect/load in.

If a player is found to have intentionally disconnected to force a restart then punishments may be handed out by Premium League Administrators. Any action from a competitor that causes a disconnect shall be deemed intentional regardless of the intent.
8.4 - Server Problems
Should an issue arise regarding widespread connection problems to the server (e.g. lag) and a Premium League administrator acknowledges this, then the match may be canceled, rescheduled or continued.

If the incorrect setting is the in-game spectate function, or the Esports Server Spectate function then the match will continue. Please act in a professional manner if this does occur and report this to the Lobby Host so they can ensure it is disabled for the remainder of the matches.
If 2 matches need to be restarted in 1 night then the 2nd restart will possibly be canceled, and replayed on a different night of the competition to avoid late finishes. This will be done at admin discretion.
The lobby may not be restarted if it is a minor setting that is incorrect.
