Invid.au Scrim Completion Challenge – Terms and Conditions



1. Promotion Overview

Invid.au is offering a $200 AUD incentive to the first eligible team to complete ten (10) qualifying scrims on the Invid.au platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 27/01/2025 and remains active until a team successfully completes ten (10) qualifying scrims or until the promotion is withdrawn by Invid.au


3. Prize

One (1) prize of $200 AUD.

The prize will be paid to the team captain or a nominated representative.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for alternative rewards.


4. Eligibility

To be eligible:

Teams must be registered on the Invid.au platform and maintain at least 1 “Captain” or Team representive

Teams must have a minimum of five (5) registered players at the time of completion.

All scrims must be created, accepted, played, and recorded through the Invid.au platform.


5. Definition of a Completed Scrim

A scrim is considered completed only if all of the following conditions are met:

A final score is entered on the Invid.au platform.

The score is confirmed by both teams, or automatically confirmed after the dispute window expires.

The scrim status is marked as “Completed”.

Scrims without a recorded score, or with unresolved disputes, do not count.


6. Qualifying Scrims

To qualify toward the total of ten (10) scrims:

A maximum of two (3) scrims against the same opposing team may be counted.

Scrims must be played in good faith and reflect a genuine competitive match.

Cancelled, abandoned, forfeited, or unplayed scrims do not count.

Drawn scrims may count provided a valid score is recorded and confirmed.


7. Score Integrity

Scores must reasonably reflect a played scrim for the selected game and format.

Invid.au reserves the right to invalidate scrims where scores are deemed unrealistic, fabricated, or not reflective of genuine play.

Once a scrim is marked as completed, scores may not be edited except by Invid.au administrators.


8. Disputes

If a score is disputed by either team, the scrim will not count until the dispute is resolved.

Invid.au may request additional information to resolve disputes.

Invid.au decision regarding disputes is final.


9. Prohibited Conduct

Teams may be disqualified if they engage in any of the following:

Repeatedly scrimming / playing the same team to artificially inflate completion counts.

Coordinated farming or collusion between teams.

Creating alternate teams or accounts to bypass opponent limits.

Entering false or misleading scores.

Exploiting platform mechanics or loopholes.


10. Verification and Moderation

Invid.au reserves the right to review all scrims counted toward the promotion.

If the first team to reach ten (10) scrims is disqualified, the prize may be awarded to the next eligible team.

All administrative decisions are final.


11. Prize Claiming

The winning team must remain active on the platform at the time of verification.

Valid payment details must be provided within 7 days of notification.

Failure to provide payment details may result in forfeiture of the prize.


12. Tax and Compliance

Any tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.


13. General

Invid.au reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if misuse, abuse, or technical issues arise.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.
